Select a staff contribution for the library
Publish a submitted experience in the hotel library.
- Location
- Administration → Library → Contributions; /manage/library/contributions
- Access
- Active hotel licence and Editor or managing administrator permission.
Procedure
- Open Contributions and inspect the submitted text and any video transcript.
- Select Add to hotel library on the required submission.
- Open the resulting library item to change its availability.
Controls

| Transcript | Expands the text corresponding to the submitted video. |
| Unpublish | Removes published access to the selected item. |
Contributor attribution remains attached to the submission. Withdrawal by the contributing account removes library access.
