Copy GuestCulture content into the hotel library
Create an editable hotel copy of supported catalogue content.
- Location
- Administration → Library → Catalogue; /manage/library/catalog
- Access
- Active hotel licence and Editor or managing administrator permission.
Procedure
- Open the catalogue and select the content to copy.
- Use its copy action to create a hotel draft.
- Edit the copied content and its available companion fields.
- Save and publish the hotel copy, then set its Learning placement.
Controls

Supported copies include lessons, Tools, Curiosities, and Ask Freely content. The catalogue controls determine which source items support copying.
