Enable staff sign-in without email
Create name-and-secret staff accounts and reset a staff PIN or password.
- Location
- Administration → Licence and People; /manage/subscription; /manage/people
- Access
- Organisation administration permission to enable the feature; people administration permission within the department to manage accounts.
Procedure
- On Licence, select Turn on staff without email.
- On People, select Staff without email. Enter a name, department, and PIN or password, then select Add.
- To replace an account secret, select Reset PIN or password, enter the new value, and select Reset.
