Create and retire hotel join codes

Issue a code for joining the hotel through Learning's claim form.

Location: Administration → Licence → claim codes; /manage/subscription
Access: Organisation administration permission and an eligible hotel licence.

Procedure

Open Join codes on Licence and select New code.
Select the department and enter the last valid day and a note as required. Select Create code.
Copy the resulting code for use at Learning's /claim page.
Select Retire and confirm to stop further claims through that code.

Create code	Creates a code with the selected department and expiry.
Retire	Stops further claims through the selected code.
