Manage the licence and practice allowance
Display subscription capacity, Editor places, account use, and practice balances.

- Access
- Licence section access. Purchase and licence administration controls require organisation administration permission.
Procedure
- Open Licence to inspect the current plan, dates, capacity, and allowance.
- Select an available plan or top-up to open its checkout.
- Use the practice controls to pause or resume the organisation allowance. Configure group pools where the licence provides these controls.
Controls

| Plan selection | Opens checkout for the selected plan. |
| Pause practice | Pauses the organisation practice allowance. |
| Resume practice | Reactivates the organisation practice allowance. |
| Allocate | Moves the entered number of practice minutes from the reserve into a property pool. |
| Assign place | Assigns an available licence place to the selected membership. |
| Give up the place | Releases the selected licence place after confirmation. |
