Report a technical failure
Pause a task that cannot complete because of a technical problem.
- Location
- Talent assessment → Technical help; /candidate/technical-help
- Access
- Participation in the task stage.
Procedure
- Open Technical help.
- Select the reason under What prevented completion.
- Select Pause and report technical failure. The participation enters the paused technical state.
- Resume after a Talent administrator authorises a fresh retry.
