Download, withdraw, or delete a participation
Export participation data, end an unfinished assessment, or permanently delete its records.
- Location
- Talent assessment → Candidate data; /candidate/data
- Access
- The candidate session for the participation.
Procedure
- Open Candidate data and select Download my Talent data to export the current records. Download recordings through the individual recording links.
- To end an unfinished assessment, check the withdrawal confirmation and select Withdraw my participation.
- To remove the participation, check the deletion confirmation and select Permanently delete my Talent data.
Controls
| Control | Function |

| Download my Talent data | Exports identity, consent, responses, reviews, report, and outcome currently held for the participation. |
| Recording download | Downloads the selected recorded response. |
| Withdraw my participation | Ends the assessment and retains the records for download or deletion. |
| Permanently delete my Talent data | Deletes the participation and its associated personal records. This action cannot be undone. |
