Create a personal learning guide

Choose a focus, practice opportunities and signs of progress for your learning.

Procedure

Set your display name and choose Male voice or Female voice for your spoken responses in training scenarios.
Select every reason that brings you to Learning and all the goals that apply. Choose a role from the optional dropdown, or select Other to describe it. Add any situations you want help with.
Describe your experience, direct contact with guests, confidence and responsibilities with colleagues. Choose your timeframe and availability.
Select Show my guide. Read the suggested changes to try and use the practice exercises to check your progress. Update answers reopens the questionnaire from the beginning with your saved choices.

Skip for now	Leaves the questionnaire and keeps saved answers for a later visit.
Show my guide	Prepares personal feedback with actions to try and ways to practise.
Update answers	Reopens the questionnaire.
Delete answers and guide	Clears the saved questionnaire and learning guide.
