Read hotel documents and SOPs
Open published hotel materials and search SOP information.
- Location
- Learning → materials; Learning → SOPs; /library; /sops
- Access
- Active hotel membership or an eligible onboarding grant. SOP questions require the hotel SOP add-on.
Procedure
- Open SOPs, enter the question, and select Ask.
- Open a source reference to read the cited SOP.
- Open hotel materials and select a published document or collection.
- SOP titles sit under their department. A nested title opens that SOP.
