Inspect campaign operations and authorise a retry
Locate delivery issues, blocked assessments, and pending review work.
- Location
- Talent → Operations; /admin/operations; campaign invitation list
- Access
- Talent administrator account.
Procedure
- Open Operations and follow the relevant campaign or participation link.
- For a participation paused by a reported technical failure, open its campaign invitation row.
- Select Authorise technical retry to reopen the assessment for a fresh attempt.
